Crank up the protein with these bite-sized pizza chips (perfect for lunch or dinner, and any snack in between). Protein Tortilla Chips make the perfect crunchy base, topped with zesty pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella, and mini pepperonis. Baked until golden and finished with fresh basil, they’re an easy, crowd-pleasing treat that’s fun for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C

Lay your chips in a single layer on a sheet pan

Top each Protein Tortilla Chip (we used Hint of Habanero but you can use whichever is your favourite or even mix them up!) with a spoonful of sauce, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, and pepperoni slice (or chopped red pepper)

Place your baking tray into the preheated oven and bake until melted and browning (approx 10 mins)

Top with fresh basil leaf
