Hot Honey Bowl

This protein-packed bowl combines roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, creamy avocado, and cottage cheese for a satisfying, nutrient-dense meal. Topped with a drizzle of honey, fresh herbs, and served with crispy SimplyProtein tortilla chips, it's the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and crunch, all in one bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup sweet potato, cubed
  • 1 cup ground beef, cooked
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp hot or regular honey
  • Cilantro, green onion to top
  • 1 bag sea salt SimplyProtein tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Bake cubed sweet potato at 400 degrees  for 30-40 minutes or until soft and brown
  2. Start with a base of cottage cheese in your bowl
  3. Add cooked beef, sweet potato, avocado and a side of chips
  4. Top with cilantro, a drizzle of honey and green onion. 
  5. Add any additional spices to top
