Frozen Raspberry Yogurt Clusters

These frozen yogurt bites are the perfect mix of creamy, fruity, and chocolatey goodness. Made with vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, melted dark chocolate, and a crunchy SimplyProtein bar on top, they’re the kind of snack you’ll actually look forward to.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt 
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fruit of choice
  • 1 simply protein chocolate almond bar

Instructions: 

  1. Mash or dice fruit and add to greek yogurt - stir to combine
  2. Spoon a dollop of the yogurt onto a baking sheet and continue until full
  3. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours 
  4. Once frozen, melt chocolate chips
  5. Dip yogurt bites into melted chocolate, and immediately top with simply protein crispy bar, crumbled up 
  6. Freeze for an additional 20 minutes
  7. Enjoy immediately when removed from freezer
