These frozen yogurt bites are the perfect mix of creamy, fruity, and chocolatey goodness. Made with vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, melted dark chocolate, and a crunchy SimplyProtein bar on top, they’re the kind of snack you’ll actually look forward to.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup fruit of choice
- 1 simply protein chocolate almond bar
Instructions:
- Mash or dice fruit and add to greek yogurt - stir to combine
- Spoon a dollop of the yogurt onto a baking sheet and continue until full
- Place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours
- Once frozen, melt chocolate chips
- Dip yogurt bites into melted chocolate, and immediately top with simply protein crispy bar, crumbled up
- Freeze for an additional 20 minutes
- Enjoy immediately when removed from freezer
