  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

We made ours with creamy almond milk (but you can use whatever milk you prefer), real pumpkin, and a touch of maple syrup, it’s a wholesome treat that feels indulgent without the caffeine. Top it with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, then pair it with your favourite Crispy or Dipped Bar for the perfect seasonal snack.

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except whipped cream) into a pot and whisk constantly on low - medium heat to reach your desired temperature. Be careful not to heat too quickly to avoid scalding your milk.

  2. Pour into your mug

  3. Top with whipped cream and more cinnamon to taste (optional)
