Ingredients:
- 2 SimplyProtein® Lemon Coconut Crispy Bars
- 2 SimplyProtein® Dark Chocolate Almond Crispy Bars
- 3 apples
- 1 cup peanut butter
- Pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts for topping
Directions:
- Slice apples, widthwise, so you have circle slices.
- Punch out centre seeds.
- Layer bottom slice with peanut butter.
- Crumble up Crispy Bars and sprinkle pieces on peanut butter slice.
- Top with pumpkin seeds or hemp hearts.
- Layer peanut butter on another slice, place on top of slices with crumbled Crispy Bar.
