This cheesy snack tree gets the full festive treatment: pomegranate “ornaments,” a little roll-and-sprinkle action, and a coating of our Sea Salt Protein Tortilla Chips for a crunchy protein boost.

Instructions

  1. Take 1/2 cup of Sea Salt Protein Tortilla Chips and place in a resealable bag or food processor and crush until finely broken up into crumbs. Add the fresh chopped parsley and mix

  2. Pour the mixture onto a flat plate and set aside.

  3. Wrap the Boursin cheese in plastic wrap and use your hands to gently mold it into a tree shape–wide at the bottom, tapered at the top. Don't stress about perfection; rustic is charming.

  4. Remove the plastic wrap and carefully roll the shaped cheese through the chip and parsley mixture, pressing gently so it sticks and coats the entire surface.

  5. Transfer your festive tree to a serving platter. Decorate with pomegranate seeds as ornaments, and top with a star cut from your favourite veggie—bell pepper, cucumber, or even a slice of radish work beautifully.

  6. Serve with the remaining Sea Salt Protein Tortilla Chips for dipping and scooping.
