Three easy ways to keep your resolutions rollin’!

Hello 2020 and welcome to the new decade! With the new year in full swing, we thought it would be handy to check in on those resolutions. Whether your resolutions are major milestones or as simple as remembering a travel mug for your morning cup of coffee, we’ve come up with a few tricks to keep on track!

  1. Track your progress

An easy way to see how your doing is a quick journal entry! Not only can you look back at where you started, you can also jot down any learnings along the way. An easy and creative way to start the journaling process, is using a bullet journal!

2. Celebrate your wins

Celebrate yourself! Whether it’s a big milestone or small win, treat yourself when you make those accomplishments. Buy that latte or give yourself an extra hour of sleep on the weekend. Celebrating these wins is a great way to keep yourself motivated!

3. Settle on one resolution

If you started the year out with more resolutions than you can count on one hand, it may be time to scale it back. The easiest way to stay on track and reach your goal, is to set a realistic one! Choose one goal that will be a challenge but still achievable and put your best foot forward!
